Coming Events and Programs

SPECIAL NOTE: We are a charitable organisation dependent upon donations and other means of fundraising. Anyone who makes a contribution to the Society of above $20, before December 31st, will automatically receive tax receipts for that year. Amounts below that will receive receipts by request only. Also, we are looking for artifacts and mementos that can be placed in the Museum. Any item submitted with a certified value will be eligible for a tax receipt for the year it is presented. Please contact Ian Burney for further information. As owners of this building, we need major contributions to keep it open and functioning. Any and all contributions will be most gratefully received.

We also wish to remind everyone that all KDHS sponsored events are open to the general public. In instances in which there are a limited number of tickets available, first priority will be given to paid members of the Society. Other gatherings are completely open to the public. While most events are free to attend, a donation will be gratefully accepted. Without these donations, we could not keep the Society and Museum functioning. We thank you for your generosity.

Board Meetings - The 2nd Monday of every month (except December) 1:30 pm. during winter (January, February and March) and 7:00 PM the rest of the year, at Kirkfield & District Museum, 992 Portage Road. Board Meetings are Open to All
