The Kirkfield & District Historical Society's mandate is to promote the
rich history within and including the areas around the Village of Kirkfield. We meet the third Monday of every month at 7:00 pm, at the Kirkfield and District Historical Museum (formerly St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church),
992 Portage Road, except in January and February when we meet at 1:30 PM. In those months, we may meet at a different location. Check this website for that information.
Except for emergencies, we do not meet in December. Please feel free to join us and provide your input.
We wish to stimulate an interest in the past, with artifacts, folklore and
social history, and to encourage the preservation of historical, archaeological
and architectural heritage within those archives for future generations.
